The Brief
KDS Associates were employed as the Design Managers on this renovation project, which involved the conversion of a 1920s listed cinema into a four star, luxury hotel.

Our role
As the design managers, we were required to work closely with the design team and the specialist sub-contractors to develop design solutions for what was a complicated and challenging concept and follow this through to ensure the flow of accurate information between the design consultants and the construction contractors.
