The Brief
KDS was appointed by Connolly Crowther and Hofbauer to design a key gateway building at the southern entrance of the completed New Central development.
- Type: 42-unit residential scheme, KDS achieved full planning
- Size: 2762sqm (29,737sqft) approx.

The new gate way building called Block M, consists of 43 residential units with basement car parking connected to the existing 562 car parking of the New Central development.
The design of the building was terraced inspired from a light house.
KDS successfully secured planning in 2018.
